Business Needs Assessments (BNAs)

We work Closely with your leadership team to understand and prioritize business improvement needs, holding individual employee meetings and/or group meetings to accomplish this.  The existing business environment (the "as is") id defined, and then a clear vision of outcome expectations (the "should be") is developed.  Quantifiable goals  are then established, followed by methods of implementation, outcome documentation and ongoing evaluation.

Consulting

We provide advice, counsel and guidance on a wide range of specific assignments relating to improving sales, leadership and management skills.  We facilitate a fresh approach to planning and implementing a course of action.  These procedures are particularly effective in small companies that do not possess broad resources or large management structures.  new visions and directions are created, enabling management to accelerate the growth of their business.

Coaching

Enthusiastic coaching is purposeful in that it motivates an individual to develop new skills and change current behaviors.  A coaching program is generally conducted with one individual or in pairs, which allows for close concentrated involvement under the watchful eye of a coach.  Just as aspiring golfers may improve by viewing instructional videos, rapid and dramatic improvement "leaps" will be realized with direct coaching from an expert.  The proven coaching methods we use will facilitate change in employee behaviors.
