Business Needs Assessments (BNAs)
We work Closely with your leadership team to understand and prioritize business improvement needs, holding individual employee meetings and/or group meetings to accomplish this. The existing business environment (the "as is") id defined, and then a clear vision of outcome expectations (the "should be") is developed. Quantifiable goals are then established, followed by methods of implementation, outcome documentation and ongoing evaluation.
